Templates like the Hero's Journey, are like a compass through a wilderness. There are templates for almost every kind of writing from screen plays to poetry. The greatest writers have used templates for their masterpieces. I am grateful for this template, The Hero's Journey, and am using it to guide my story, Clare's Crow. I will have more to say about it when I have gone further on this journey with my heroin Clare. Meanwhile, she keeps me moving forward with her great adventure.
